That day I was training for hours. I try to use good form for dennmstratioo. However, when I train, I obviously don’t spendï»¿ hours and hours, so I have more gas in the tank to lift a bit heavier. I use manageable weights for me. Let’s say something I really feel on the 10th rep. that’s what I play with. Moving up in 10 pound increments to complete 4 to 5 sets or attempts. Peace, Vic
